Our mission is to modernize securities lending by enabling institutional participants to transact directly, principal-to-principal, through a secure and trusted platform.
Our team has deep roots in institutional finance and securities lending. Our experience across multiple market cycles has given us a first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing both borrowers and lenders.
We are excited to enable and empower the next generation of securities lending infrastructure, paving the way for all participants to have more autonomy and shape their own future.

The securities lending industry has remained largely unchanged for the last 40 years.
Regulatory pressure, exacerbated by the GFC, spurred increased restrictions on intermediaries, resulting in higher costs for borrowers and lower returns for lenders. This is not ideal for participants on either side of the transaction.
We firmly believe that Novellus is the release valve to the industry’s decades-old problem. Now is the right time to augment the high-cost, opaque system with a cost-efficient, transparent, technology-driven infrastructure that “reimagines” securities lending.
